ASSET holds the more detailed asset information at the level of the building, spaces in the building and equipment in the spaces – all in the same integrated database. It is the home for O&M information, condition assessments, key equipment, attributes (such as supplier, maintenance tasks and regimes, warranties, power consumption and heat outputs) the systems they are part of, finishes, condition, h&s risks including asbestos, energy consumption – and you can set milestones so you can compare new records against previous ones and demonstrate trends.
